Food Service/Culinary Arts luncheon this week features Southern Pacific cuisine by David Quiram. Serving will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23 and Friday, Sept. 25, at the FSC building, located on Avenue D.
