| Chancellor's Award for Excellence |
Employees and students can nominate faculty or staff members from the Waco campus to be considered for the 10th annual TSTC Chancellor's Award for Excellence.
The Chancellor's Award was established to recognize the outstanding contributions and achievements of individuals who serve the students of TSTC and the communities of Texas.
The criteria for excellence this year includes the stipulation that each designee has been an active change agent for a LEAP and/or New Paradigm initiative. Excellence Award recipients are individuals who make a significant difference in moving our college forward. It is not a requirement that the recipient be serving on one of the LEAP or New Paradigm project teams. It takes everyone to make our transformation successful; our progress has not been due to the exclusive efforts of current project members.
Send nominations to Alexis Neumann, vice president of Enrollment Services, no later than Monday, Nov. 9. Once all nominations are received, the President will select a maximum of two faculty and two staff who will be honored as TSTC Waco award winners.
All nominees will be notified, and finalists will be asked to submit an original, 50-word statement of excellence that demonstrates their beliefs about excellence and includes information on his/her efforts as an agent of change.
