Reference - Pre-loan Counseling
 
If this is your first loan at TSTC Waco, you must attend Pre-Loan Counseling. TSTC first time borrowers have a 31-day delay on the release of loan checks. Loan checks will not be released if you have not attended a Pre-Loan Counseling session. How?
